The Xilinx® EDK (Embedded Development Kit) allows the designer to build their FPGA at the system level, easing the integration of PowerPC or MicroBlaze processors.
Alpha Data provides a system level module, LB2PLBv46, to allow the designer to interface between the Alpha Data local bus on ADM-XRC-5T1/5T2 cards and the PLBv46.
For more information on LB2PLBv46 please see: EDK PDF
