Alpha Data releases MPSOC embedded system FPGA board at embedded world

Alpha Data, a leading supplier of high-performance FPGA solutions, is proud to announce the launch of the new ADM-VPX3-9Z2 MPSoC Embedded System FPGA Board at Embedded World, February 27th to March 1st in Nuremberg, Germany.

The ADM-VPX3-9Z2 is a 3U OpenVPX board based on the Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+™™ range of MPSoC FPGAs and is ideal for a variety of embedded applications, such as radar/sonar beaming, ELINT/ISR, image/video processing and machine vision, digital signal processing and data encryption.

A key feature of the ADM-VPX3-9Z2 is the latest Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+™ MPSoC FPGA. The MPSoC consists of a Quad Core ARM Application Processor Unit and a Dual Core ARM Real Time Processor Unit, 31.5Mb of High Bandwidth UltraRAM and multiple protocol high-speed interfaces and is suitable for initial development through deployment.

The ADM-VPX3-9Z2 is equipped with I/O features that include AV66.4 Optical Interface, PCI Express®® interface, high density I/O using a Vita 57.4 FMC+ interface, 1G/10G Ethernet, system monitoring and flash boot facilities.

The ADM-VPX3-9Z2 is available now and comes with a comprehensive software development kit with source code for example software and FPGA designs.
