Summary

The AD-PCIE-FQSFP is an adaptor card to allow the conversion of the onboard Firefly interfaces to externally accessible QSFP28 cages.

The AD-PCIE-FQSFP can either be mounted in a PCI Express slot adjacent to the FPGA board and draws its power through the PCI Express interface or it can be chassis mounted and draw power via the PCI Express power connector on the rear edge of the board. Both direct attach copper modules and fibre optic modules can be accomodated by the QSFP28 cages.
